In the NAPCO NOC (www.NapcoNOC.com) Signal Log, what does "Receiver Unreachable" indicate?
"Receiver Unreachable" in the Signal Log (example shown below) signifies the central station receiver is either not operational or malfunctioning. Contact your central station for troubleshooting. Often the issue is not with your StarLink communicator nor with your FireLink system.
