How do I create a Telco Line 1 fault at the control panel that is triggered by a StarLink Dual Path communicator?
To program a Linecut trouble on Telco 1 triggered by the StarLink communicator, go to the NAPCO NOC website (www.NapcoNOC.com) and add a check to all Troubles to be monitored as shown in the image below (located in the Advanced tab).
In the Duration field, enter a time, in minutes. In the above image, any of the selected troubles will trigger Telco 1 to drop voltage on the Primary Comm Port for 1 minute; when the minute expires the voltage will return to normal.
