What is the exact sequence of events that occur upon a trigger to send Video Events?

1. A short occurs on the n/o trigger input of the device (VIP-Gateway or VCAM-I).
2. The device freezes the last 12 seconds of video (pre-alarm).
3. A connection to the VideoAlert.net server is established.
4. The device sends the pre-alarm video to the server and streams live video to the server up to a total of 30 seconds.
5. An email is sent to the customer, notifying them that a video alert alarm has occurred.
6. The customer clicks the link and they are soon viewing the video clip.
7. If the customer would also like to view live video, they can click on the View Live link and enter their password
