Why are the notification times incorrect in my StarLink communicator text notifications?
The reason is likely due to the time retrieved from the cellular tower is innaccurate. To remedy this issue, simply send a Reboot Normal comand from the NAPCO NOC website (www.NapcoNOC.com).
To reboot, select the Advanced tab and select Edit > Reboot Normal > Save. After the communicator reconnects to the network (takes about 2-3 minutes), send another notification and verify the time in the text notification.
