Why do some E-Access configuration or update screens take a long time to load or show incomplete data?
When the system is connected only through a switch and has no internet connection or router, certain screens—such as the update and configuration screens—may experience delays. This occurs because the system first attempts to reach the online servers and only falls back to the local host after timing out. This behavior indicates a lack of internet connectivity, which is recommended and required for functions related to updates and licensing. As a result of not having internet access, some data may not display correctly.
