The Auto-negotiated selections are: 10/100Mbps and Half/Full-Duplex, 10Mbps and Half/Full-Duplex, and 10Mbps and Half-Duplex.

Some Definitions:

Auto-negotiation senses the current network speeds from both sides of the transmission and selects the highest speed that can be maintained.
Full-duplex: Transmitting and receiving at the same time.
Half-duplex: The transmission of data in both directions, but only one direction at a time (when one party speaks, the other party listens).
