How do I program holiday schedules into a DL-Windows 5.5.4 Networx-compliant device?

If programming holiday schedules in a DL-Windows 5.5.4 Networx-compliant device, there MUST be an Event configured for "Enable Holiday Schedule" (see image below).    Note:  Holiday Schedules ONLY disable the Lock/Unlock events; other Events such as Group Enable/Disable are not affected.
