When using the Air Access "Change Password" option, is the new password temporary?
Yes. When changing the Air Access Operator password for a customer, inform the customer that the new password is temporary and the system will require it be changed upon its first use.
Note: If the customer tries to verify that the Operator password was changed, the Air Access system will force them to create a new password for that Operator.
