Why am I unable to assign an account number to my new Prima account?
If you have successfully assigned account numbers to Prima Super Panels in the past but are now seeing the screens similar to those shown below (in System > Options) that indicate, "This account is not currently monitored..." and "There are no available account ranges...", it is likely that you have used all available account numbers that have been previously allocated by your central station for use with Prima installations. Contact your central station to reserve additional account numbers that can be assigned to future Prima Super panels.
