Why do I receive Prima doorbell notifications but not my doorbell video feed?
If your doorbell was successfully added to your Prima system and are receiving notifications but not video feed, ensure you have a Prima service plan that includes video, as follows:
Sign in to your ComNet account at www.NapcoComNet.com and purchase the service plan "PMA-SVC-VID" described as follows:
- Video Services Plan includes always-on, self-healing Wi-Fi connectivity and 30 days of cloud-based storage
- Includes (1) Video Doorbell and 1 camera, or up to (2) cameras
- Each device allows for up to 250 clips and 500 uploads per account, with no limit on downloads
