Where is the Prima Super Panel "Unit ID" displayed?
A Unit ID is a unique identifier assigned to each Prima Super Panel. It is displayed in the following locations:
1st Location:
Printed on the Getting Started paperwork (provided in the factory box), the Unit ID is located on the front page, as shown below (circled):
2nd Location:
On the rear side of the Smart Panel, on a label near the battery connection (circled):
3rd Location:
The Unit ID is also displayed on the Prima Super Panel screen:
- Select the 'hamburger' (Settings) icon at the top left of the Home screen:
- Enter your Master passcode:
- In the Settings menu, select Services:
- In Services, select Monitoring:
The Unit ID appears under Account Number:
