How to setup an Event Action for a Door Held Open

1. Go into Settings > Device Settings and select Aux Output. Select which Aux Output you are using, and press Edit.  Under mode, set it to single pulse mode and then provide the time you want the output to be abnormal.  Press Save

 

 

2. Go into Settings and select Event Action. You will need to create 3 separate event actions (See Below).

 

 

3. Create the Restoral Event Action for both Door Contacts as shown below. Then Press Save

 

4. Create another Event Action for the Door Contact 1 for the event Door Held Open. Press Save

 

 

5. Create one more Event Action for your Door Contact 2 for the event Door Held Open. Press Save

 

 

6. Go to Settings > Device Setting > Door and make sure the Held Open-Time is set.
