I’m unable to communicate with my E-Access controller and it doesn’t seem to be taking the programming.
Make sure the Status LED is blinking on and off, indicating proper polling of your IP Network. If it’s not blinking on and off, power cycle the controller first. If it’s still not working, verify a proper Static IP address was initially set up. (Once the LED starts blinking go to Settings > System Settings > Save Data to re-send your data)
