How can I make the most of my call to NAPCO Tech Support?
We are always happy to help our fellow security industry professionals. To help us serve you better, please try to have the following things ready before you call:
- Your Company telephone number (most likely your company's ComNet Dealer ID)
- Calling about a StarLink communicator? Note the Radio ID
- Calling about a control panel? Note panel model name and firmware version
- Calling about PCD-Windows Quickloader? Have the software running and select Help > About Quickloader for Windows to display the software version
- Calling about hardware? It's best to call from the installation site (or be in direct continuous contact with someone on site before calling)
- A multi-meter and an electrical wire butt connector kit (very helpful with troubleshooting)
