What can cause a "Badge Violate Time Of Day" alert message to display?
Summary: This alert message displays when the badge is programmed to be active at a given time, but the badge was swiped outside of the allowed time schedule. In the CardAccess3000 software, verify the following settings:
1) By viewing the event error message, take note of the exact time the Badge was swiped and the exact panel/reader it was swiped at.
2) Click Personnel. Verify the Access Group for the badge being swiped is correct.
3) Click Access>Access Groups to open the Access Groups screen. Verify the Access Group assigned to the badge has the correct Time Schedule assigned to the reader. The time schedule must include the time when the badge was swiped. If not, a Badge Violate Time Of Day message will display.
