What can cause a "Badge Violate Void At Panel" alert message to display?
Summary: This error message means there is a record of the badge in the database, but the badge does not belong at any reader on the panel.
1) Click Personnel>Show All Badges. Find and Select the badge being presented. Verify there is an Access Group assigned to the badge.
2) Click Access>Access Groups to open the Access Groups screen. Verify the Access Group assigned to the badge being presented is configured correctly. Verify under the Access Group, the readers for the panel is assigned to the appropriate Time Schedule(s).
3) Using the Find Usage utility and the Communication Driver screen, compare the badge counts. The “Find Usage” utility will display how many badges should be at a particular panel. The “Communication Driver (card ct.)” will display how many badges are actually at the panel. Both counts must match.
