Why is my E-Access RMC shortcut not working anymore?
When you create a shortcut for RMC, do not use the URL from the "Secure Link" in RMC. If you do use this, the port number will change and the shortcut will not work anymore. The proper way to create a shortcut for RMC, is to go into RMC>Device Management.
Click the number for the Device (left side of screen). Upon clicking the number, a property page for the device will display. On the top right of the property page, there is a button "COPY DEVICE LINK". Click this button and paste this value into a new shortcut, for the location (URL). This URL will never change, and the shortcut will always work.
