Can I customize my subscribers' Gemini, iSecure and iBridge mobile apps with my security company logos?
Dealers can now customize their subscribers' mobile apps with their dealer logos. Three custom images can be added:
- A "Website" logo image
- A "Mobile Device" logo image
- An "About Us" information image
Simply upload these three images into your iBridgeOnline.com and your NapcoLink.com administrative accounts. The next time your subscribers connect to their systems, your uploaded images will automatically --and discretely-- be loaded into your subscriber's mobile devices. Your dealer logos and "About Us" image will become resident within their apps and will always appear. Tapping the Dealer logo will display the "About Us" image.
Prepare Your Artwork
- The "Website" logo must a .jpeg, .gif or .png and must be 640W x 240H pixels (exactly)
- The "Mobile Device" logo must be a .png and must be 180W X 70H pixels (exactly)
- The "About Us" image must be a .png and must be 275W X 183H pixels (exactly)
Upload Your Logos / Images
- Go to http://www.ibridgeonline.com/ and log into your dealer account using your NapcoComNet credentials.
- Click User Management > Upload Logo.
- Go to Mobile Device Logo > Choose File. Browse to your logo image, select it, and click Upload Now.
- To upload your "About Us" information image, go to Mobile Dealer Detail Info Image > Choose File. Browse to this image, select it, and click Upload Now.
- To upload your "Website Logo", go to Website Logo > Choose File. Browse to your logo image, select it, and click Upload Now.
- Repeat steps 1-5, except go to http://www.napcolink.com and log into your dealer account using your same NapcoComNet credentials.
The next time your subscribers launch their apps and connect to their systems, your logos and "About Us" information image will automatically appear within their apps.
