My control panel is not indicating a fire trouble, and my StarLink communicator is working correctly. Why is my Central Station receiving daily fire trouble reports?

The StarLink communicator includes a reminder feature that will transmit unresolved trouble conditions to the central station every 24 hours.

The communicator's supervised zone inputs may be in trouble because they are programmed for Supervised Fire Alarm / Trouble.

Programming the communicator inputs (IN 2, IN 3, IN 4 and IN 5) to Supervision/Fire Alarm will correct the problem.
