How do I configure my StarLink fire communicator to send text and email notifications?
Note: Notifications are not a substitute for central station monitoring.
- Add the Text/Email Notification Service to the account service plan (in www.NapcoComNet.com).
- Go to www.NapcoNoc2.com.
- Click on the Notifications tab (Note: It may take 15 minutes for the Notifications tab to appear).
- Click Edit.
- Add up to three (3) email and two (2) telephone numbers. If it is the first time an email or telephone number has been entered, the email or telephone number will need to be validated).
- Select checkboxes for the desired signal types. Click Save.
