Does DL-Windows V5.5.3 ONLY work with Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Express?

No, Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Express is included with the software, and was the version used for all internal testing. However, DL-Windows V5.5.3 will also work with SQL Server versions above 2012, such as 2014, 2016, 2017 etc.
