FAQs
My customer has an iBridge IBR-TOUCH touchscreen tablet connected to their wireless router. Q: If they purchase a new wireless router, how do I reconnect their IBR-TOUCH tablet to their new router? Q: Can the customer do this without me?
Connecting the IBR-TOUCH to a new router is a simple process that the customer can perform. Note: Before reconnecting the IBR-TOUCH, ensure the iSecure Go-Anywhere Hub or the StarLink Connect radio communicator is connected to the new router.
- In the IBR-TOUCH tablet, tap the System Settings ("gear") icon.
- Tap Setup Wizard (Wi-Fi and User Credentials).
- Tap the Refresh button to search for wireless networks. Select the correct 2.4GHz wireless network from the list and enter the router password.
- Tap Save and tap Next. The IBR-TOUCH tablet will attempt to connect to the router.
After the connection is successful, follow the remaining prompts that appear. Do not change any other information. The IBR-TOUCH tablet will automatically reconnect with the iSecure Hub or StarLink Connect communicator.
