Can I use PCD-Windows Quickloader to upload and download programming to my iSecure Go-Anywhere Hub?
No, the iSecure Go-Anywhere Hub should only be programmed using the iSecure Cloud Web Portal at www.iSecureByNapco.com, from either your smart device or web browser. Alternatively, you can log in to the StarLink Radio Management Center at www.NapcoNoc.com and click the iSecure tab to access your programming selections (see image below).
Note: The use of PCD-Windows Quickloader will thereafter cause the iSecure Cloud Web Portal to become unusable for that Go-Anywhere Hub. Therefore, we strongly suggest using the iSecure Cloud Web Portal at www.iSecureByNapco.com.
