I wish to grant multiple accounts access my iBridgeVideo app. But when I log in to the iBridgeVideo app using a second device, I get "kicked out" of the app! How can I allow multiple users access to my iBridgeVideo account?
When registering your iBridgeVideo device, you are assigned one Master User login credential. The app only supports one login credential at a time (in order to allow your smart device to receive push notifications).
To allow other users simultaneous access to your iBridgeVideo account, simply Invite User (tap Me > Settings > Invite User). This adds a "sub-login", allowing concurrent access with the Master User.
