When trying to enroll my camera using the iBridgeVideo app, I get a "Bound to: Off" message. What do I do?
The "Bound to: Off" message simply means there has been an issue with payment. For example, a lapse in payment or the service plan is waiting in the cart, unprocessed. To resolve this, either visit www.NapcoComNet.com or call ComNet at 800-645-9445, option 1, option 3.
