On CA3000, why is my photo not displaying in "Personnel" after it is imported in?
There are multiple reasons that could cause a photo not to import into the CardAccess 3000.
- There is a size limit on photos used in the CardAccess 3000 software. The photo must be 50K or less in size. If the photo you are importing is greater than 50K, use a program such as Windows Paint to shrink the size of the photo. Another option is to take another picture with the resolution of the camera set lower. The will create a smaller size photo.
- There is a GA_Image table in the database which is used to store images. If this table is too large, it will prevent a photo from importing and displaying in the CardAccess 3000 software. It is OK to empty the GA_Image table.
