When adding a new iBridge camera using the iBridgeVideo app, a message appears that reads, "Device has been bound by xxx". How do I correct this?
The above message appears when the camera has been previously enrolled onto another user account. The camera must be removed from this account before it can be enrolled into another account. To remove the camera manually using the app:
- Tap the camera
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap Delete Device.
The camera is now free to be enrolled into a new account.
