How do you replace an older iSeeVideo, iREMOTE-MOD or iBridge device without creating a new subscriber?
Log in to www.NapcoComNet.com with your dealer information. Click My Subscribers (at the top of the screen, as shown below).
Click the ID of the device you wish to edit (shown below). Click the subscriber ID to send you to the next part of the screen.
Click the Replace button (located in the Unit Information section, as shown below) and you will be prompted to enter the new device MAC address.
Allow 15-20 minutes for your changes to be updated.
