What can be the problem if an error displays while "Importing" or "Activating" a new soft license?
1) To Import a soft license, you need FULL Administrator rights.
Very Important: Right click the License Manager program and select "Run As Administrator".
2) If the computer is logged on to a Domain, Log on Locally as an FULL Administrator.
3) If there was a previous license on the computer, you must Contact Continental Technical Support. They will assist with purging old files out of the system.
