When using the iBridge app with a StarLink Connect radio, do I need to program the app with the manufacturer to ensure the correct Napco, Honeywell or DSC keypad is displayed?
No, the iBridge app does not need to be programmed to display the correct keypad (Napco, Honeywell or DSC). When the control panel manufacturer is programmed and downloaded into the radio from the NOC, the iBridge app automatically displays the correct manufacturer’s keypad (shown below, for reference).
