FAQs
How do I program my Gemini C-Series (GEMC) and Firewolf control panel NAC circuits to synchronize System Sensor and/or Wheelock strobes or horn/strobes?
Program your Fire zones for the required on-board panel NACs (NAC A and/or NAC D for 32 and 96 zone control panels; NAC A and B or C or D for 128 and 255 zone control panels, shown below).
32 and 96 Zone Control Panels:
128 and 255 Zone Control Panels:
In NAC/Output Assignment screen, NAC/Output Assignments tab, for the control panel integral outputs, program the required NAC circuits for Silenceable and Smart.
For 32 and 96 Zone Control Panels:
For 128 and 255 Zone Control Panels:
In NAC/Output Assignment screen, NAC/Output Options tab, program Sync A, B, C and D.
If your AHJ (authority having jurisdiction) requires that the horns and strobes must both turn off upon a system silence, check Horn/Strobe Simultaneous Silence; otherwise, when a fire alarm is silenced, the horns will turn off and the strobes will remain active until the alarm is reset.
Note: Be sure to check the GEMC Installation Instructions, Volume 1 (WI1653 Vol 1) for compatible devices.
