FAQs
What is a control panel "cold start", and do I have to perform it during an EPROM Upgrade?
"Cold starting" a control panel resets the control panel back to its original "default" condition, i.e. the state it was in when it left the factory. It clears the control panel of all programming and settings. ALWAYS perform a cold start after replacing the EPROM (see WI2052 for more information).
IMPORTANT: Before replacing an EPROM, always upload the control panel program (to be reâ€downloaded afterward).
