Is it possible to restore the default login and password for the CardAccess software if they have been lost?
If the login and password for the CardAccess software has been lost, you must Contact Continental technical support. Prior to doing so, the Continental Dealer must have the enduser fax a letter into Continental Access. The letter must be written on the endusers company letterhead. The letter must state that the enduser gives Continental Access permission to reset the operators in the CardAccess software.
Before doing so, verify if the following operators are still available:
Username = Admin Password = q
Username = Demo Password = q
