Do I need to do anything before programming a Honeywell VISTA-21iP control panel with Honeywell Compass software through a NAPCO StarLink Connect radio?

Before programming a Honeywell VISTA-21iP control panel with Honeywell Compass software through a NAPCO StarLink Connect radio, perform the following steps (in addition to all normal programming steps outlined in the NAPCO StarLink Connect installation instructions):

1. Power down the Vista control panel by removing all AC power and battery power.
2. On the VISTA-21iP motherboard, move the Internal IP/GSM jumper the "OFF" position.
3. Power the Vista control panel.
