I am using a StarLink Connect radio that is connected to a DSC 1616, 1832 or 1864 control panel. When I use the iBridge app, I would like to have the zone descriptions appear when the zones are faulted, bypassed, or in alarm. What do I need to do?

Proceed as follows:

1. Program all zone descriptions into the control panel using either the DLS software or a keypad.
2. Ensure the StarLink Connect radio is wired to the bus, is functional and programmed for a DSC control panel.
3. Ensure the radio is running micro1 firmware version 32.3.66 / 23.19 and micro2 firmware DSC 0-0-26 or later.  
4. At a keypad, enter programming by pressing *8 and entering the installer code.
5. Press * then enter section 998.
6. Press * to confirm label broadcast.
7. When the system programming is finished, press the # key twice to exit.
8. Run the iBridge app and verify the zone descriptions.
