The time stamps in my iBridge Messenger notifications are not correct. How can I correct this?
The correct system time and time zone settings must be set using the iBridge mobile app:
Go to User Settings (the "Gear" icon) > Home > Update Z-Remote Clock.
Note: The mobile phone being used to update the time and time zone settings must reside in the same time zone, as the update settings are generated from the phone itself. This operation MUST be performed only by a User in the same time zone as the IBR-ZREMOTE.
When using the StarLink Connect for iBridge Messenger notifications, the time and time zone are automatically set by the NOC.
