Other Napco software, such as PCD-Windows Quickloader software, stores previously entered customer data. If I use the StarLink Connect software application to connect my StarLink Connect radios to Honeywell or DSC panels, does the software store all of the Radio ID Numbers that I previously entered?
The StarLink Connect software application will only store one radio ID number for each software type (one for Honeywell, one for DSC), however the software will store the other user-defined fields associated with the radio ID number.
DSC Panels:
Right-click Properties and enter information in one of the several blank user information fields:
Honeywell Panels:
In the Customer Detail screen, type the radio ID number in either the user_field_1 or the user_field_2 field.
