Why are my holidays not working correctly while using holiday calendars?
Below are some things to be aware of when creating holidays and holiday calendars in the CardAccess 3000:
1) Changes made in the Holiday screen will not be downloaded to the panels until after the screen is
closed.
2) Do not delete and add holidays within the same session or the added holidays will not be saved.
Delete the holidays first, then close and re-open the Configure Holidays screen. Add the new holidays
and then save and close to have them downloaded to the panel
3) DO NOT delete a holiday calendar without first removing the calendar from any panels or personnel
records that may be using it.
