The toolbar buttons in my DL-Windows program are gray; when I click on them, nothing happens. How do I activate these buttons?
Open the DL-Windows application and click any account name (all account names are listed on the left side of the application window). Press your keyboard Enter key to expand the selected account to display your lock(s) name(s). Next, click any of the locks that are listed below your account name; this action will automatically open the Lock Data screen, activating all of the buttons in the application toolbar (double-click the lock name with older versions of DL-Windows).
