How do I change the StarLink customer contact information listed within the NAPCO NOC Website?
When you first register the StarLink communicator and enter the customer's information, you must log into www.NapcoComNet.com.
1. Click Log in.
2. Log in using the Administrator User ID and Password (your company telephone number and a password).
3. Select My Subscribers.
4. Select the Device ID on the account that you want to change.
5. Select New.
6. Complete the new customer's information and select Add Subscriber.
7. On your My Subscribers webpage, the new customer information will be added.
8. Log back into the StarLink Radio Management Center at www.NapcoNoc2.com.
9. The newly added customer information will be carried over into the StarLink Radio Management Center website as well. Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for this new information to appear.
