Why is my CAD files or .Pdf's not importing into the Dynamic maps?

Why am I getting a "camera list" error while integrating with Salient DVR's?

When using Salient DVR's with the CardAccess 3000, camera one must be live at all times. If camera 1 loses it's signal or is not configured, an error will display.
