Why is my StarLink Communicator sending a network path failure (Alarm: Code 788, Area 00, Zone 2) signal in the NAPCO NOC after changing the radio data Service Plan?

The network path failure code is due to the Service Plan being changed to a 'Sole Path' plan (in www.NapcoComNet.com) but the selection IP with Cell Radio Backup in the NAPCO NOC (www.NapcoNOC.com) was not changed (i.e., remained selected).

To fix this, first go to www.NapcoComNet.com and change the radio data Service Plan to a 'Dual Path' plan. Then in the NAPCO NOC, select the Communications Cell and/or IP tab and change the COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY selection to Cell Radio Only. Select Save.

Go back to www.NapcoComNet.com and change the radio data Service Plan back to a 'Sole Path' plan.
