Can I program the StarLink communicator with reporting information (receiver number / IP address) that is different from what is programmed in the control panel?
Yes, you can customize the StarLink communicator to send signals to a receiver number and/or IP address that differs from that which is programmed in the control panel. In the example screen below, the control panel is programmed to send signals to receiver number (555) 555-1212 and account number 4527. However, if you do not have access to the control panel programming, you can use the NAPCO NOC website to program the StarLink communicator to disregard this control panel information and send signals to a different server and account number. Enter the alternate information in the DEALER ENTERED PROGRAMMING area, as shown:
