In the NAPCO Prima Portal, can I download event reports for all of my Prima accounts?
Yes. To run reports in the Prima Portal:
- Select Dealers:
2. Select Reports:
A report on all your units will be created. By default, all columns shown in the example image below will be selected (notice the All Columns Selected drop-down field). You can customize the report by rerunning it (select Create New) or you can select CSV Export to generate a CSV (Comma Separated Values, i.e., "comma delimited") worksheet and import it into Microsoft Excel for customization.
