How do I set the control panel date and time using the GEM-RP1CAe2 or GEM-K1CA keypad?

To set the control panel date and time using the GEM-RP1CAe2 or GEM-K1CA keypad: 

PROGRAMMING THE DATE

1. Enter your User Code, then press FUNCTION to enter Function Mode.
2. Answer NO (INSTANT) until "ACTIVATE PROGRAM Y/N" is displayed, then press YES (INTERIOR).
3. "ENTER USER CODE" will display, press NEXT (INTERIOR) until the keypad displays the Enter Date
4. In the Enter Date screen, simply press the correct date using the numeric keypad buttons.

For example, for July 29, 2027, press 0 7 2 9 2 7. 

5. Press ON/OFF to save the date.

 

PROGRAMMING THE TIME

After entering the date, press NEXT (INTERIOR) for the Time Entry screen.

1. In the Time Entry screen, simply press the correct time using the numeric keypad buttons and if necessary, press any numeric button to change the AM display to PM (or vice versa). 
   For example, for 6:30 PM, press 0 6 3 0 (press any numeric button to toggle AM/PM).
2. Press ON/OFF to save the date.

1.  Enter your User Code, then press MENU to enter the Function Mode.
2. Answer NO (AWAY) until "ACTIVATE PROGRAM Y/N" is displayed, then press YES (STAY).
3. "ENTER USER CODE" will display, press NEXT (STAY) until the keypad displays the "Enter Date" screen.
4. At the Enter Date screen, simply punch in the correct date using the numeric keypad buttons. 
   For example, for July 29, 2028, press 0 7 2 9 2 8.
5. Press ENTER to save the date.
