When I enter my credentials, I receive the message "Please log in to access these videos". If I click the Forgot Password link, the same message is received. I am unable to log in to my account. Is there another place where I can view these training videos?

In addition to Alarm Lock Website (www.AlarmLock.com) you can also view our training videos on You Tube (www.youtube.com) by searching for the name "Napco Security Group".
