When I connect the AL-DTM-III and AL-PRE simultaneously and run the "Comport Setup Test", a "Loop back passed" message is returned for COM3 and COM4, but when I try to communicate with these devices, a "Com Error" is returned. Can I communicate with both devices at once?

Answer:
Although in DL-Windows you may get a "Loop Back Passed" message for more than one COM port, DL-Windows only supports communication with one device at a time.
