Can the Air Access Gateways (AA-GATEWAY and AA-GATEWAYPOE be used with the Continental CA3000 or CA4K software?

Answer:
NO - You must use the AL-IM2 or AL-IM3 Gateways with the CA3000 or CA4K software.  The Air Access Gateways have an Air Access sticker on them, and can't be used with the CA3000 or CA4K software. 

What can cause the "Enable Wireless Locks" checkbox in System Settings not to display?

Answer:
The "Enable Wireless Locks" checkbox only displays on a CA4K Host and on an additional HCS (Com Server). The "Enable Wireless Locks" checkbox will never display on a Workstation. Please verify that you are not on a Workstion. 

What is an acceptable Signal Strength for Networx Wireless Locks?

Answer:
An acceptable Signal Strength range for Networx Wireless locks is >32 and <90.

Answer:
NO...On earlier versions of software it was a requirement. As 0f 2018, you can manually add a gateway in and specify any subnet you wish to. While programming, the Gateway does not have to be on the same subnet as the CA4K software.

Answer:
You can have up to 7 Expanders with 1 Gen II gateway. The gateway and up to 7 expanders must be addressed to the same group number.

Does a Trilogy Wireless Lock and Gateway need to be rediscovered after they are reset (defaulted)?

YES... If a trilogy Wireless Lock, Gateway or Expander is reset, it MUST be rediscoved and added back into the CardAccess 3000 software.
