I’ve added cameras to my existing Prima Service Plan, why are the cameras not appearing in the Prima dealer portal website (www.NapcoPrima.Pro)?

Adding cameras to an existing Prima account must be performed at the NAPCO ComNet website (www.NapcoComNet.com).  After making the changes in ComNet, it takes about 15 minutes for the changes to be pushed over to the Prima dealer portal.
