A customer's Gemini control panel is programmed with the EZ Arm feature. The central station calls the customer reporting a "late to close". When checked, the system is armed and the control panel log indicates it was armed by EZ Arm. When this system is subsequently armed with a User Code, the central station never calls. Why is the central station calling my customer about a "late to close" whenever the customer arms the system using EZ Arm?
